This course will cover.

• Insight and learnings based on a tribunal case that includes a fixed-term tenancy break and supporting evidence, re-letting costs, guarantor obligations, maintenance delays, and your obligation to mitigate loss.
• Hear about trends in cyber-security and understand your obligations. We have seen a 300% increase in cyber-attacks in the past two years. Media has recently reported cyber-attacks involving property management companies.
• Liza Fry-Irvine will run through key changes to the Unit Titles Act and how that impacts property managers who offer body corporate services or interact with body corporates.
• Property managers must deal with a variety of pests including cockroaches, ants, wasps, rats etc. Mark MacDonald's session will run through what you need to know and how to deal with these situations.
