• Live online one: 22 March, 2023 | 9am - 12pm
• Live online two: 12 April, 2023 | 9am - 12pm
• Live online three: 17 May, 2023 | 9am - 12pm
• Block two: 27, 28 and 29 June, 2023 | 9am - 4.30pm

NZ3580 New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) Level 5 runs over 24 weeks, with two three-day in-person blocks — one each at the start and finish of this course. There will be three further live online training sessions between each block course. Several guest speakers will contribute to the programme, including agency owners, branch managers, lawyers, and well-known real estate practitioners. 

Further material on later course topics such as human resources and staff retention will be provided during the course, as relevant.

Yvonne Box

Yvonne’s career in real estate started in the 1990’s, working in residential, and later, lifestyle marketing in Auckland. As director of The Real Estate Coach, she contracted to the Open Polytechnic for 19 years, writing course materials and facilitating training in the Salesperson, Branch Manager, and Agent’s licence courses. She has also presented training for REINZ, including Continuing Professional Development, and in 2022, the Level 5 (Branch Manager) qualification. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Applied Science, National Diploma in Real Estate, National Diploma in Adult Education and Training, Certified Positive Psychology Coach and Certified Results Coach. In 2022, she was awarded the status of Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
